Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and btjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the btjl platform at https://btjl.pro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the btjl platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on btjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btjl strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is conducted at registration and at the time of first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the btjl platform or subject to any exclusion that covers online gambling services. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment and recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or in any professional capacity that would constitute a commercial arrangement.
• You must hold only one registered btjl account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Account Registration and Verification

Account registration on btjl requires you to provide accurate contact and identity information. btjl reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon detection, and any funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. btjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify btjl support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• btjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

btjl accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any funds associated with it to any third party under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on btjl are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). btjl supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Processing times and minimum amounts are subject to change; the most current figures are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. btjl reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.
• btjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges, which are outside btjl's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance with these Terms before being approved. Where a withdrawal request is associated with a suspected breach of these Terms, btjl reserves the right to withhold the requested funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

btjl offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A player may not hold more than one welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available only to new accounts making their first deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus offer.
• btjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player will receive reasonable notice and any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to their original wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus funds may only be used by the account holder to whom they were credited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the btjl platform:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. btjl reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault, and to correct any resulting account balances accordingly.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the relevant third-party game providers. btjl does not influence or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on the server, the server record shall be the authoritative record.
• For sports betting markets, btjl may suspend or close a market at any time before the event commences if credible information suggests the integrity of the event may be compromised. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• btjl will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of the rules or odds applicable to any game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btjl platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with permanent closure where a breach is confirmed:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any element of the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate sports betting markets, or engage in any form of match-fixing or corruption in relation to any event offered for betting on the platform.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Registering or attempting to register a second account while an existing account remains active, or registering a new account following a self-exclusion, permanent ban, or account closure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal process.

Where btjl determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bets and transactions associated with the prohibited activity, forfeit any funds in the account, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

btjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of this right, suspension or termination may occur in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment policy conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, which btjl will process within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

Intellectual Property

All content on the btjl platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of btjl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any btjl intellectual property without the express prior written consent of btjl.

You may not use any btjl trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, suggest an endorsement or affiliation with btjl, or disparage or discredit btjl or its services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btjl's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• btjl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses of profits, data, or goodwill, even if btjl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• btjl is not liable for any service interruption, platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues caused by factors outside btjl's direct control, including failures of third-party infrastructure, mobile network outages, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

btjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

btjl is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), which take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced in real time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-out controls, which allow you to set a maximum duration for each play session. When the session limit is reached, your session will be automatically terminated.
• Self-exclusion, which allows you to suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

Amendments to These Terms

btjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, btjl will provide reasonable notice via the platform prior to the amendment taking effect. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. Your continued use of the btjl platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the btjl platform should be raised with btjl support in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. btjl will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
